Re: 3.0 Wish List
If Mellel worked with Mekentosj Papers2 new Manuscripts, offered autotitle captions associated with images, and had better support for multiple languages in single documents, I would come back from the world of pain that is TeX...

Feature request: (La)TeX export
There was a post way back when about TeX export, in which it was suggested a poll should be created.
http://forum.redlers.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=664
Five years later, this is that poll.

Re: insert line / frame -- feature request
While you're at it, please consider allowing adding a line anywhere around a paragraph - so either above, below, left or right. Ideal would be an option to have the line fit just the text, or to fit the text plus padding. [I know this is hackable with tables, but table cells don't split across pages...

Re: When is 2.7.3 coming out?
Didn't work for me either. I got
1) not-working Mellel.app
2) Application Mellel.app.1 (2.7.2)
3) folder Mellel.app.2 Containing Resources/zh_CN language resources only.

Re: Awesome update! But a few things....
One more thing: is there any way that the floating option lets me tell Mellel to move graphs/pictures/objects always to the top a page?! I would like to see two options: 1) option always to show object (table, object, image, etc.) at top of page 2) option to display object on the following (precedi...

Re: Feat Request: Page (Style) Break option in Paragraph Style
(bump)
Would be nice to have proper "start on new page", "start on new right page", "start on new left page" properly associated with a paragraph style.

Re: full WYSIWYG bib formatting
This would be interesting. I would imagine "c" would be the required method. Perhaps a "scan on open" preference setting would remove the problem of forgetting to rescan documents. Also, clicking on a footnote that is controlled by Bookends or Sente would either send you to that ...

Re: Line breaks and paragraph justification
Sorry, my explanation wasn't very clear. Shift+Enter was what I was doing, and as you note, that causes justification. For now I've created two styles, but hope the future will bring something like the CSS3-style pseudo-classes I mentioned above.
Thanks for the comment.

Line breaks and paragraph justification
Is it possible to insert a line break (insert > breaks > line break) in a justified paragraph and have the line before the line break not aligned to the right side of the page? The reason is, I want to have a narrow space between several "Citation" style paragraphs (each only one or two li...

Re: Snow Leopard Crashes and Problems
I find that when there is a global style set, Mellel crashes, even after disabling duplicate fonts and removing all font caches. But deleting all except the default style set I can use Mellel without problems. When 2.7 comes out, I'll just set the style set to global again and hopefully all will be ...

Re: Unwanted diamonds...
I get the same diamonds, and was getting frustrated reapplying styles. However, I found that when I quit and restart Mellel, they're gone. Seems to be something transient in my case.

Still new and not complete yet, but this looks promising: http://mekentosj.com/papers/
I wonder what the chances are of using this as a bibliographic manager for Mellel?
