Maybe the bug is in the citation module: if you rescan bibliography with tracking turned on, Mellel adds references also for deleted, but still visible citations, see below:

Track changes + Bookends citations + export to Word - bug
Hi, There is some bug in the tracking and/or export module. It can be easily reproduced: 1. enter some text with a Bookends citation 2. turn on live bibliography or scan bibliography 3. turn on tracking 4. delete the text and citation 5. enter some text with another Bookends citation 6. export to Wo...

Bug: tables with merged cells after export to Word
Hi,
I regularly need to export my manuscripts to Word (for publishing). Here's the problem: when I merge some cells in a table, after exporting to Word/RTF the cells are not merged vertically, see below.
Regards,
Adam

Re: Display bug in 3.2.4b2
Ahh, my old friend the elusive grey line. Yes it is a known bug, but it is just an annoyance, does no harm. Get used to it, our friends the Redlers have bigger fish to fry. Good to know the bug is known and hopefully will be resolved some day. I just think it occurs more often in 3.2.4b2 comparing ...

Document format of Mellel files
Hi,
Is there any specification of document format of Mellel files? Since there is no iOS viewer capable of displaying Mellel files, I have asked the developers of Documents (for iPad, excellent app) to develop one and they ask if such thing is available.
Many thanks,
Adam

Re: 3.0 Wish List
One more feature (AFAIK, Nissus has such feature) - linked images that are updated automatically, so changes made to the images are reflected in the document. Great thing for example if the document has embedded a dozen of figures generated via statistical software and one needs to update them due t...

Re: 3.0 Wish List
I'd love to see the features mentioned above (listed in descending order of importance): 1. Language as a an attribute of character or paragraph styles - this is the most important to me, I work bilingual and really hate setting the language each time I open my documents. 2. Tables, lot of work need...

Page orientation
From the latest Mellel newsletter: For example, you can now set Mellel to have a different first page, can set page ranges to a portrait or landscape orientation , and set different margins, and also set the page range to start with the next even or odd page. The question is - is it possible (as in ...

Re: Mellel 2.9 is fantastic
I definitely agree - it looks a lot better and I really like all the improvements. My writing work (I'm currently writing a mini-book on psychiatry) flows so smoothly thanks to the combination of Mellel and Bookends - it's so much better (despite certain Mellel limitations) comparing to Word + Endno...
