Re: More colors for "Highlight notes on screen"

I work with a pale green background, and so I have never found the reference markers to be especially difficult to make out on the screen, but I am happy to support this feature request.

Re: MacOS System Preferences permissions

This is just a wild guess, but perhaps you have to manually add Mellel to the list of apps (by clicking on the + sign below the list). Or have you already tried that?

No such problem here. And no problems with Japanese or Chinese either.

Re: Some lines are hidden

In my case, it happens in Mellel view (I never use compact view), and the hidden line is usually at the top of a page.

Re: Some lines are hidden

Yes, I have been experiencing the same phenomenon. I had been thinking that it might be because I was working on a rather large file, but perhaps that is not the case.

Re: On-screen background colour

At least I now know that it is not a general problem. I wrote to Mellel support some days ago, but have yet to receive a reply.

Re: On-screen background colour

The problem occurs with all files, old and new. And changing the colour makes no difference.

On-screen background colour

I recently updated from Mellel 4.2.6 to 4.2.7, and now the on-screen background colour set in the Document Setup dialogue no longer works. That is to say, the background colour remains unchanged in the Document Setup dialogue, but it is not reflected in any documents. I have always had the backgroun...

Re: Mellel + ePub - your thoughts and requests

I would like to second the comments by Icelander. And I would also like to reiterate (yet again) my wish that Mellel would support Indic scripts.

Re: Feature request: Antidote integration

There does not seem to be any trial version of Antidote available, and so I am curious to know whether it is really worth what would seem to be quite an exorbitant price.

Re: footnote format request and another

I remember asking for the same footnote option some years ago, but unfortunately it still hasn't eventuated. I add the parenthesis manually, but it would certainly be nice not to have to do so.

Not necessarily. For example, Nisus has the option to Do Nothing on activation.
