Is it possible to add a border to a Paragraph Style or Character Style in the same way that apps such as Microsoft Word or Pages have?

As far as I can see, there is no option to do so.

Any help would be gratefully received.

For Mellel for iOS is it possible to:

1. add a hyperlink; and
2. add a column to a table?

Looking at the help file I cannot see that either is covered.
