Hello, I have a problem with sorting the bibliography. I'm using Mellel with Bookends. I'm writing in Finnish and I can't get letters with umlauts to sorted correct. Letter Ä is sorted as A for example: Ahtiainen Äijälä Kairesalo While the correct order would be: Ahtiainen Kairesalo Äijälä Bookends ...

Sorry for bad subject. I don't know the correct terms, so it's quite hard to search. That's also the reason for crappy subject... How can I get Mellel to keep url or any sentence on the same line? For example like this: "Sorry for bad subject. http://forum.mellel.com/posting.php?mode=post&f...
