I've got it working. Not sure how, but I suspect it was a problem with giving my Mellel permission to control Bookends. I was sure I had done that. Perhaps not.

Mellel 4.2 and Bookends are not working for me. I have latest versions of both. I cannot select Live Bibliography in Mellel. When I try to scan manually, Mellel gives the "Scanning Document" dialog, but Bookends never puts on the dialog to select a format. So everything stalls at "Sca...
