...the Small Caps Open Type feature still ignores uppercase characters. How long have we been discussing this? :D

This is not exactly what the other users have asked for. The second footnote is still a regular reference to the main text. :)

Another long-standing request: Please add auto-titles to the replace styles dialog. One can easily have more than 100 sections in a Ph.D. Are we supposed to add the missing auto-titles by hand?

Here's my personal workflow for epub files based on MultiMarkdown and Sigil. I use my own Mellel2MMD to convert Mellel documents to MultiMarkdown . Isn't the text engine in Pages different from the cocoa text system? I doubt that an upgrade to Mac OS 10.6 would fix this issue. :(

I don't remember anyone asking for this, but Auto-titles in the "Replace Styles" dialog would be a really useful feature to have.
