Re: Italics affect spacings in footnote
Thanks for the help. I had changed the line spacing with "lines" and it didn't help, but when I did it with "points" it worked out fine.

Italics affect spacings in footnote
When I have something italicized in a footnote, it affects the spacing. Often the line that is two lines up from the italicized word(s) moves up a little bit. I made the spacing between lines a little more, but it didn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

Re: Quotation marks with Hebrew text
Janet,
Thanks for your suggestions. I have thought about some of the options that you suggested and it may come down to what will be acceptable writing style for my dissertation.

Re: Quotation marks with Hebrew text
I am using the latest versions of Mellel and Mac OS. The problem really occurs when I am typing in English and insert a Hebrew text which continues from one line to the next. The quotations marks are not near the first and last Hebrew words, which are on different lines, of the Hebrew text. Who shou...

Quotation marks with Hebrew text
When I type a Hebrew text into an English document I am having trouble getting the quotation marks around the Hebrew text to align themselves with the Hebrew, i.e. at the beginning of the Hebrew sentence and the end. Is this possible?

Re: Diacritical accent under "h"
Thanks for all of the answers. It is not critical that I only use a "h" with a dot underneath it, I just wanted to be aware of how to do it if I have to.

Diacritical accent under "h"
Is it possible to add a diacritical accent such as a dot under the letter "h" in order to transliterate the Hebrew letter "chet"? Thanks.

Re: What are your favorite Hebrew unicode+opentype fonts?
From their website it seems like they have the intention to make unicode fonts for Mac, but none of my emails would go through to ask them how they are progressing on that front.

Re: What are your favorite Hebrew unicode+opentype fonts?
I download the font and can't seem to get it to work. I also tried it on a PC and I couldn't get it to work there either. I'll keep at it and see what happens.

Re: What are your favorite Hebrew unicode+opentype fonts?
I am looking for a font in Rashi script for Mellel. The only one that I have found is from Masterfont, sold by http://www.myfonts.com. It is $65 and I was wondering if anyone knew of a cheaper one. I have sent an email to Kabbalah Software, but the email is getting sent back. Thanks.

Creating bibliography
I am using Mellel/Bookends and have a simple question whose answer I haven't been able to figure out. How can I create a bibliography that includes citations other than those that occur in footnotes? I essentially want to add to the bibliography that Mellel creates. The answer is probably simply, I ...
