Bookends to the rescue. Got my Mellel license code. A big thanks to Jon.

No word from Mellel. So, first impression on the support side has been less than encouraging. I'll hang in there though...

Yes. I emailed BookEnds and they responded immediately this morning with my license key. The order was processed on the 7th. So Mellel should have it too. they were copioed on the email from Bookends so I don't know what is going on.

I still don't have my license key.

It's not that I am worried but I am getting a little aggravated because I have not heard back from them and still no license key. I can be patient to a point but this is getting rediculous. Thanks for the encouragement though. Lord knows I need it at this point. I am going out on a limb putting Mell...

I just noticed this is in the wrong forum, more than likely. I apologize for the mistake.

I purchased Mellel and Bookends together on the 7th. I have yet to receive my license keys for either. I emailed support today but haven't heard nothing yet. Is it common to take this long to get license keys?
