For some reason the auto update does not work for me. It downloads the update, I get a dialog box saying it will run the installer and restart Mellel, it exists Mellel, and then nothing happens. Sometimes a general figure has several sub-figures - e.g., 2a, 2b, etc, rather than only figure 2.

Is there a way to associate a style with specific numbering or bullets, so these will be applied by default together with the style?

For example, is there a way to automatically number the headings? I didn't find such option in the paragraph style editing dialogue box.
