I wonder if it is possible to do a manual sort of the different character styles in the palette. I have tried do drag and drop but it doesn´t work. I would also want rename a character styles but i doesn´t seem to work.

As a workaround, you could open the PDF file with Preview, open the side drawer here and switch (with the buttons at the top of the side drawer) to the thumbnail view. I saw that a new Mellel guide is now available which is great. Im curious of the changes in the program after the update. It would be great with som page references where the new funtcions are presented in the guide. 300 pages is a long document to find the relevant information.
