Find expression--alphabets

I often work with documents containing characters (words) in two alphabets (Greek and Roman). When these two alphabets happen to be produced in the same font (Lucida Grande, say) simply by switching keyboards, I know of no way to produce a Find expression that will find one of these kinds of charact...

Thanks much.

Since I didn't want a new document to open on start-up, I never got that far. I see that once I set the default template I can then reset preferences to do nothing on startup, and yet Command-N does open the template I've chosen.

Command-N opens, I think, Standard.mtem in Template folder (Library/Application Support/Mellel). I'd like to change this template so that Command-N opens a document with somewhat different attributes. Is this possible? If I understand, this would be solved by multiple clipboards--a feature of Nisus I miss in Mellel. (Of course one would also want to be able to assign keyboard shortcuts!)

Along with those multiple clipboards comes the ability to edit the clipboard. A nice touch.
