Re: How to create Find Action with Return (¶) character?
Anyway, a find action with "Search in Selection" and the above mentioned parameters doesn't work. However, you can create a find action with "Search in Everything" and that works. Can you be a bit more specific regarding what you mean when you say 'Doesn't work'? I was able to c...

Re: Export options on IPAD
We are still gathering feedback regarding which are the most useful to our users, and based on that we can prioritize them. Which one would you say is most beneficial to you personally?

Re: Horizontal Line at Bottom of Header?
The table options is one way to go, but a bit clunky as you said. You can also add a row to the header/footer, then add an Overline using the Character palette. Change the text filling to None for that line and finally change the baseline shift (also in the Character palette) to position is properly...

Re: Snap text to grid?
We don't have a similar feature to inDesign's Snap to Grid feature for text, but you can achieve the same result using a couple of workarounds: 1) Using tabs to align the text. 2) Adding a table with zero padding and removing the table lines. Feel free to reply on this thread or open a support reque...

Re: How to create Find Action with Return (¶) character?
This might be a usability issue we need to look at - this option is quite simple, but it is not accessible via the 'Insert' menu in the find panel, but rather through the Insert menu in the menu bar: 1. Open the Find panel. 2. Place your cursor inside the Find/Replace text box. 3. Choose Insert > Br...

Re: The new index feature in Mellel 4
Not at the moment, the spec wasn't built to accommodate users creating an index on their iPad.joseph_anton wrote: ↑Tue Sep 05, 2017 6:02 pm Another question relating to the new index feature: is there any way of interacting with the index markers in the iPad version of Mellel?

Thank you for the suggestion, but at the moment we prefer not to have the link available as part of the Homebrew package.

Re: Index in Mellel 4. Feedback
The index in the Mellel document is not a dynamic element - this is what makes it so light. However, when you export your document to a PDF, the index becomes dynamic and linked to the actual index marks in the document (so clicking on a page number will navigate to that page). For navigation within...

Re: How to quickly assign Auto-titles to bold paragraphs?
While David had suggested a possible workaround, I must say that trying to solve this problem must begin before it is created - I realize it might not help with the current document but the wise thing to do is to assign Auto-titles before you are creating 100 of them... the whole idea behind Mellel ...
