Matthias, I bet the pdf was created using the standard print-to-pdf dialogue, then marked up in Acrobat pro. Feature request: .Mac syncing of settings and styles
The ability to sync different machines is one of the really nice features of Apple's .Mac service. Since I use Mellel on several machines, I'd really appreciate it if templates, styles and especially hyphenation rules would be synced automatically.
