Well, here sombody else will have to give help. With Garamond Premier Pro I get the long 's' by selecting OpenType feature 'historical forms'. BUT in fact, it shows all of them as long s, not just the last 's' in a word. I never use this feature at all, so I don't know how it is supposed to work. Cu...

It would be most useful to have the possibility of setting up a special order for the index other than the alphabetical one. In my case, I would need to make an index for Biblical references, which as usual has to follow the Bible book order, then chapter, and then verses. It would be nice if one co...

Re: bug? forward delete before auto-title or citation object
If you use forward delete and run into an auto-title or citation object (before deleting it), the cursor will stay next to the object even if you backspace or then change/add to the previous text. Hopefully that makes sense. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not, but it would seem the cursor should ...

I can get this done using an OpenType enabled font (excuse me if this is not the exact term, I mean a font which has extra OT features like long S), and selecting Character Appearances >OpenType > Historical Forms. Is that what you mean? Otherwise, there is always the possibility to create a custom ...

With Index, the main issues, it seems to me, are first entry or collection of index items... I would suggest to add this as an option in find/replace. People who (like me in Humanities) use Smallcaps for author names would be able to easily mark all of them for index with find/replace. Does it make...

Line break in Auto-titles
Is it possible to insert a line-break in an Auto-title, so as to have it like this Section I This is an Interesting Section both centered, but still having them (in outline and TOC) in only one auto-title? I am not able to do this, and probably it is not possible. In that case, perhaps it could be a...

I find the fact that Mellel quits full screen once you switch to another application (hitting CMD-Tab for example) quite disturbing. I have the same problem, since I work with several programs at the same time (Accordance for biblical text, Bookends for citations, dictionaries...). So I end up not ...

Yes, I think Win98/Word97 probably can't read Unicode .rtf correctly, regardless of fonts. Anything running on Win2K/WinXP should work ok. Thank you for this explanation. I am having the same problem when sharing rtf converted docs with some pc users with Win98. Is there a solution for this? I keep...
