two windows one document

Post by xoanohn » Fri Mar 15, 2019 12:56 pm

I've been looking for this but can't find it. Is it possible to have two windows open for a single file?

Oh. So we can't?

Thats a shame. Very difficult to work on a long document without this feature.

Such a feature would be a very welcome one for me.

I think it would be a really useful facility. I use Ulysses for blog posts, and that now has a second editor. I've just finished off a lengthy book MS, and not being able to see other parts of the document easily while editing was probably the only thing that had me wishing I was doing it in Word—that and having to export to Word in the end for the publisher.
