This post is only related to Mellel insofar as I think some will find it useful. Some people have asked for an extensive way to access menu items from the keyboard, eg., via hotkeys.
With Quicksilver (one of the best applications for the Mac in my opinion) you can create shortcut keys for menu items in Mellel (or any application for that matter), or for access to all of the menu items in a list. Either way, it is all keyboard accessable.
Take a look at the VODcast for a demo of it in action. I hope it helps some who have desired increased keyboard control over Mellel.
