Changing Fonts in Auto-Titles

I think there has been a thread on this before, though I couldn't find it.

If I go and change the font for any or all of the auto-titles, they are not automattically updated in my document. If I do this in any character set, 'body' for example, the whole document is instantly updated. What I did was change the font in Character Style> Heading; when I check this in Edit Title Flow the new font appears, but not in the document. What am I missing?
