Language Switcher

I noticed today in VersionTracker a nice little freeware called Language Switcher which makes possible to choose any language built in software without changing the system language in use.

It is easier to study the excellent Mellel tutorial when also Mellel is in the English language. (Of course this concerns only those who use the localised versions of Mellel.)
