Reading Davka (dwd) files

I would have imagined this question to be answered long ago, but I cannot find an answer with Search.

Is there a way to read dwd files in Mellel? I see several posts concerning using Davka fonts to *write* in Mellel, but nothing on reading dwd files.

Alternatively is there a Davka Reader for Mac? Heard there was but can't find it...
