"version storage" and iCloud drive

Post by DanZac » Tue Oct 14, 2014 3:37 pm

I'm running the Yosemite beta and just today when closing a Mellel document I received the warning that my document is on a volume that does not support permanent version storage.

Has anyone else come across this? My keynote and pages app still have version storage, so I'm confused about this message.

I have both versions of Mellel on my laptop. Last night, I upgraded to Yosemite. So far, so good. I noticed when running Mellel, there is an option to save files to iCloud drive. Mellel Lite still saves to iCloud.

It would seem that Mellel Lite is redundant at this point in terms of saving files to the cloud. Or am I missing something?
