Newbie Question: Outlines in Mellel

I work in outlines in the followin format:

1A, 2B, 3C, etc with indents from the left for each subpoint.

It looks like from the help files that Mellel provides for traditional formatting, 1, A,B,C.

However, does Mellel allow you to customize the formatting of outlines?

If I'm understanding you correctly, what you're wanting is to set-up "Auto-titles". These will show up in the outline pane.

Insert>auto-title>edit title flows
