auto titles not automatic

Hello,

I have a set of auto titles in a Mellel file as shown in this screenshot here:

And I wish to change the order to which the auto titles are arranged. I use the left opened pane to move subchapter 1.4 to be in place of subchapter 1.2. as seen here:

But as seen in the screen shot, the order didn't present correctly and I have to change the numbers manually.
Is theater a way auto-titles does the job automatically?

What does the Auto-Title look like in the editor? I'm assuming you have it set as: Prev#.Cur# Title
It looks like you've encountered a bug.
