Saving different templates

Post by joern »

Hello,
I created different templates with distinct fonts. I saved each template in the "my templates" folder under different names. If I open them then it seems that only the last template made works, irrespective of the template I choose. In other words, I have one template, although I created and saved different ones. I have no idea to solve the problem.

best wishes

Can you explain what you mean by "only the last template made works"? When you open the template browser and click "My templates", do you see only that template there?

Dear Eayal,
sorry for my very late response because I stopped to figure out the problem. I answer you because I started again to create a new template. I have different templates in my folder which I also see in the browser. So I started to make a new template with different styles for different paragraphs and saved it as a new template. When I then open older files which used another template all the styles disapperad and are overwritten by the recently made template. I have finally only one template: the last one. If I open the templates which come with Mellel then I have their styles etc.

regards,
Jörn
