Text box default

Is it possible to set the default features of a textbook for a given document? For example, I might like the format to be font 10 rather than 12, left flush rather than a normal indent, and single space rather than 1.15 (my normal). I might even want the font to be colored or italic.

In the absence of being able to set a default, the only option I see is to copy and paste a textbook formatted as desired. That can be a bit cumbersome and a bit error-prone, but is doable.

At the moment this is not customizable for the text box, but you could create a style to quickly apply some of the settings you mentioned whenever you create a text box.

Avner, will we be able to rotate tex boxes in the near future? This feature is very well needed for many reasons, one of them being having the possibility of writing text vertically (not vertical alignment) inside a table. Of course, it would be better if this could be done directly inside a table, but if not, being able to rotate a text box is a good option.
Thanks!

Avner, thanks. That's an easy solution.

Moises we have that as part of the possible improvements to the table feature, but it has not been scheduled for development yet so no time frame for now I'm afraid.
