track changes

Hello,
I have the following problemL when doing changes in a mellel file and tracking the changes the outcome in the page is as shown in the attached screen picture

I wish to be able to differentiate the color of the erased word than the color of the newly added word. Now it is quite difficult to differentiate between. Also, I wish that the line which shows the erased word will be strikethrough and not underneath as it is now, to be sure of its situation.
I wish these features would be configurable by me.
