How to convert a hyphenation text file to a Mellel hyphenation dictionary?

I write in a language for which Mellel provides no hyphenation dictionary, so I wanted to download Mellel's Hyphenation Lab from Mellel's website

but the link is dead, nothing happens when I click on it. The same, by the way, applies to the Font link. Both links seem to be dead.
I found a hyphenation text file which I think I might be able to use. It's just a plain text file.
