Ever since updating my OS to 10.13.4, Mellel has refused to work. Most of the time it freezes simply when opening, and other times it freezes when trying to save changes, therefore rendering it useless. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue? I'm working on a time-sensitive project and this is throwing a serious wrench into the works.

That's strange. I do have 10.13.4 and Mellel works fine. I suggest you go directly to "support". Redlers answer quite rapidly usually.

Well, it's cleared up a bit. I've rebooted multiple times and installed the latest version of Mellel, and then I let it take an extremely long time to open and then again to open my doc and then again to save the doc after I made changes. After that, it seems to be working close to normal.

I would like to remind everybody that the best way to handle serious issues like crashes it to contact our support. Simply choose Help->Support (or go here: https://www.mellel.com/support/) and fill the form. We will usually get back to you faster then anyone on the forum and as the developers of the Application, we are much more likely to be able to understand the cause of the crash/hang, offer a workaround, fix your document and also (if the issue is due to a bug) fix the bug so that no one else will experience it.
