Extra line of spaces inserted in Bibliography
After scanning using mellel and bookends, there are often some unwanted line of spaces inserted between bibliographies. Anyone knows why?
Re: Extra line of spaces inserted in Bibliography
If you are getting empty lines after a reference in the bibliography, I would first check the Format Manager in Bookends.
Does an empty line always follow a certain Reference Type (Book, Edited Book, Journal article, etc.) or does this happen randomly?
An empty line could represent an empty field in Bookends. In that case, make sure you have a binding quote/unquote {~} instead of Quote/Unquote {$}
I would also check whether there is a Return {¬} in Bookends bibliography definition, that is, in the Format Manager.
What reference style are you using in Bookends?
