Localization: When?

Anyone knows WHEN localizations esp. German are avaiable?
I'm really waiting as i have made many shortcuts for the German UI in the library's plist file that i do not wanna temporarily rewrite for the English UI...
Also, downloading and checking the install package every two days is a bit ennerving...
