My friend downloaded a try-out version of Mellel II.
It works fine, but the top menu - i.e. in the white bar at the top of the screen - is in HEBREW. How can she change it into English - or Dutch, for that sake?

The localization of Mellel is handled through the System Preferences. In the Languages tab of the International Preference Pane, drag the languages into the order you'd prefer to have your applications localized. If an application does not have the top language, then it will try the next one on the list.
It appears that in your friend's case she has Hebrew towards the top of the list; since Mellel is localized in Hebrew the program appears that way.
