Hebrew and final kap
Can anyone tell me how to type a final kaph with a shwa or a qamets placed where a dagesh would go?

Yes, please allow me to clarify my question. If after a final kap I type a shwa, it appears subscripted, beneath the letter. What I am trying to do is create a kap like you see at the end of מלך (king) in the Hebrew Bible. In that case, rather than being subscripted, the shwa is where a dagesh would normally appear, embedded as it were in the letter itself, nestled into it rather than under it. Thanks!

No, Lucida Grande is not an OpenType font. It may have AAT tables, but no OpenType tables are present. I'm not aware of any OpenType fonts that ship standard with OS X.davidfgarrett wrote:Isn't Lucida Grande an open-type font? I can use it to write in Hebrew but not with correct final kaphs.
