Cross-Reference in Italic

I want to have all cross-references in the text in italic (or bold or whatever). It seems not to be possible to set the font-style in the Reference format dialog. Any other way to achieve that?

Ok found it by myself (obvious, but I missed it): if you want to change the format of an element you should not use the element with complete format... :oops:
