Possible to Hide Comments?

Post by vinesy »

Is it possible to hide all visual traces of comments (including the yellow boxes which mark where they fit into the text)?

Using iWork Pages, I like to create lecture notes to print for students, then I use comments to add extra notes for myself as lecturer. That way I can "hide all markup" so that I can create two PDFs: one for the lecturer and one for the student.

Is it possible in Mellel?

I had the same problem... it would be great to be able to export a clean version with no comments and no changes market. I can't see a way to do that except to make a copy and accept all changes and delete all comments.

I think you can hide the annotations pane (under the view menu). This should make the comments disappear when you print to pdf. When you want them back into the pdf, just show the annotations pane, then save to pdf again.
