I would like to remap the input source for the Hebrew QWERTY layout on Mac OS X. As a fast blind typist on QWERTY for Latin characters in European languages, it is to my advantage to keep the layout as close as possible the the QWERTY layout when typing in Hebrew. However, the default QWERTY Hebrew file supplied by Apple implements some counter-intuitive bindings. The following bindings, especially, keep giving me trouble. For some reason, even after months of using this input source, I cannot seem to get over the errors it causes.
Lower case x is bound to כ, and upper case to ך
Lower case c is bound to צ and upper case to ץ.
I would like to swap the bindings of the c key to the x keys.
Can anyone supply me with the appropriate XML file, and tell me where I should put it in my system so that it appears as one of the options in the input source list in System Preferences / Keyboard /Input Sources, please.

I think an app called "Ukelele" does what you're after: http://scripts.sil.org/cms/scripts/page ... id=ukelele
