The new index feature in Mellel 4

I have been taking a close look at the new index feature in Mellel 4.
Suppose I have a book manuscript with more than 400 pages, and the name "Stalin" appears on 150 pages. I would like to index all the occurrences of the name.
I haven't found an easy way to do this. It seems I'm supposed to enter the name in the Find box and then
repeat the following four steps 150 times (!!):
1. click the 'next' button to find the next occurrence
2. execute the New Record & Mark command from the Insert menu
3. close the New Record in the Index pane with a mouse click
4. click the 'next' button
Is this the long lasting curse of not having a Find All feature in Mellel? In Nisus you would do a Find All search and then mark the results as index items all in one go. The whole procedure would not take more than 2 seconds.
