Wish list for sections

Friends,
With Mellel 4 now firmly in place, I'd like to revisit the requests many of us have posted in the past for improvements to Sections
1. non-symmetric sections: the ability to set the width of each section independently
2. independent text flow: the text in each column flows vertically into the parallel column on the next page [and not horizontally]
3. once independent flows are operational: the ability to anchor the position of a line on one flow to a line on the other.
4. finally, numbering options that suit independent text flow: numbering on one column only, independent numbering on each column, etc.
My use case in translation with each language flowing in its own column.
Specifically, for Hebrew/English translation, I need to set the Hebrew side narrower than the English one.
