Many years later here again a new version of the hyphenation dictionary for German (reformed rules) …. The download contains a mhyphen- and hlab-file as well as a version history. This is version 1.4.1. Actual Mellel 5.1.1 contains version 1.3.9 (February 2017).

Edit:
Deleted link because there’s no need at the moment.

Thanks so much for this, much appreciated. Have you shared this directly with Eyal Redler?

Yes, of course. From time to time an updated hyphenation dictionary is included in an official Mellel release – just as it is in today’s 5.1.2-release. Meanwhile you can post wrong or missing hyphenations here. I will try to fix/add them from time to time.

by the way: Mellel 5.1.3 from August, 21st 2022 contains the improved hyphenation dictionary 1.4.1. So at the moment theres no need for downloading and installing the Hyphenation dictionary manually. I will post a link again if there’s a new version. Feel free to post wrong or missing hyphenations according to German reformed rules.
