this issue has been raised more than once. is it an urgent feature?

I find sometimes that a simple illustration with text flowing around it is exactly what I need. So I cannot use Mellel in that case. Obviously it would be a nice to have, but I can live without right now, as it would add only 5% to my usability of Mellel.

This issue has been discussed a number of times.

There's a simple work around: create a table; place your image in one cell and position the text in the other cell(s).

Thanks to the work around, I wouldn't call it urgent, rather useful.
