You are posting this at a wrong place. The forum members are just ordinary Mellel users, same as you.

To send feature requests or messages directly to the developer, choose either

1) Support… from the Help menu
or
2) use the support site
https://www.mellel.com/support/

Then make sure your suggestions are comprehensible and not too vague, so that the developer can take them seriously. "Make it as robust as possible" almost sounds like a riddle. What does 'robust' mean??? Are you saying that the application is crashing (all the time)? If yes, then you must say when this happens exactly and under what circumstances. The developer needs exact information in order to improve the application, not just vague and nebulous statements.
