Is it possible to add a border to a Paragraph Style or Character Style in the same way that apps such as Microsoft Word or Pages have?

As far as I can see, there is no option to do so.

Any help would be gratefully received.

I saw a tip once about setting borders in table styles. I think that may be the only option. If there is a way it would be good to know.
