Missing Styles and Templates Folder in Application Support
It seems that downloading 3.3 from Apple Store gets rid off or omits totally the Mellel/Styles and Templates folder in Application Support. When uninstalling the Apple download and installing from Mellel directly, everything was ok. (I have both licences.) I am on 10.9.1, used Disk Utilities. Intere...

Revert Document ...
"Revert Document" works, shows versions but version pages are black and tell "unable to open version"; document menu bar is normal and shows title. It can happen that versions light up for a split second and show correct content, but turn black again.

Re: Losing cursor after updated to 10.7.4!
Same for me. MacPro 2012, OSX 10.7.4, Mellel 2.9.1 build 1. It seems that there is a cursor, but it is not visible. Clicking for example return or delete works perfectly.shades wrote:Yep, here too. 21.5” iMac, 2011, 8 GB

Re: Snow Leopard (10.6) compatibility -- from RedleX
We recommend not working with Snow Leopard and Mellel 2.6.1 or builds of Mellel 2.7 prior to build 23. The problem may, under some circumstances cause corruptions in saved files, the fix may not fix these problems. Once we confirm our fix to the problem we will issue an update for Mellel 2.6.1. We ...

Re: Snow Leopard (10.6) compatibility -- from RedleX
Does the update fix problems that might have been generated during the time of using Mellel in Snow Leopard without the fix? Or do we have to do something to avoid getting caught in messed up style sheets after using pre build 23 versions of Mellel 2.7 under Snow Leopard? Still more direct: How sav...

Re: Snow Leopard Compatibility
It is my styles folder which causes the problem. I will redo styles as you suggested. Thanks for your help.

Re: Snow Leopard Compatibility
I'm currently running Snow Leopard and Mellel 2.6.1 (build 2), and have no problems whatsoever. Perhaps it's because I did a clean install of Snow Leopard onto a freshly wiped HD (without any 10.5 in between), and a fresh install of Mellel and recreated my Style Sets from scratch. I believe any iss...

Re: Snow Leopard Compatibility
Just wondering if there are any known issues regarding Mellel and Snow Leopard compatibility? Should we just be able to smoothly upgrade when it comes out in the next month or so? I'll notify about that more publicly in a new thread... Mellel does not even open since intalling sl. All I get is &quo...

Re: Mellel (under Leopard): No documents opening!
Interesting. I had the same problems but not only with Mellel. Scrivener and Lightroom suffered similar symptoms. Files or documents could not be opened, neither from application nor from finder by double clicking. However, simply restarting the computer always "cured" or "cures"...
