Orphans/widows in footnotes Revisited

Spacing of Dot Leads in Table of Contents
Also, I've set up dot leads for my table of contents, but the dots are very close together. My style/formatting instructions require that they be spaced further apart. Is there an option in Mellel to change this?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Re-Start Footnote Numbering at Page Break
Hi,
I'm working on formatting issues for my dissertation, and I'll have a few questions over the coming days and weeks.
The first is: how do I have footnote numbering start over at #1 after a page break. I've gone into "edit note attributes" but I don't see the option.
Thanks!
Jason
