Re: Feature request: Notes

Have you tried adding "Comments" (via the edit menu, or command-K)? These can be viewed by opening the Annotations pane (via view menu, also has a keyboard shortcut). You can paste text cut from other applications into these comments, which are appended to specific points in your Mellel do...

Re: Use of iCloud with non MAS copy of Mellel

I guess that depends on what you mean by "'messing' with." Probably the only things you can't do with it are move it or rename it. You can certainly create subfolders and drag-drop files into it, etc. I use the RedleX-version of Mellel (3.4.1) and the iOS version, and they work well togeth...

Re: Hyphenation not longer working [problem solved with 3.4.

Very simple, and explains w...

Insert special characters

There is no doubt a smple answer to this question, but I can't find it in the manual: if I want to quickly insert a lower-case accented character "on the fly," as it were, is there a simple way to do this via the Insert menu? -- only upper-case letters (with the exception of c-cedille, IIR...

Re: Making the bibliography window in the palette useful

I mentioned this once in a posting over a year ago. I make extensive use of citations from Bookends in long documents, and would love to be able to invoke entries already used elsewhere in the long document. But the listing in the palette gives too little (or the wrong) information for me to be abl...
