The question is not directly related with Mellel but I thought that this would be a googd place to get some advice.
To use mainly with APA 5 style what reference manager would you choose: SENTE or BOOKENDS PLUS?

Hum... I have a problem. I am importing RTF files from Scrivener. Is there a way to find all Italics in text and replace them with the format using character variation?

I am having a problem with Mellel. When I change a format of a paragraph using the paragraph style I lose all the character variation formats (bold, italics...) is there a way to avoid this?

Is it possible to use two diferent types of numbering in the same document. For example have the first 10 pages (e.g.corresponding to the preface and acknowledgements) with roman numbering and the rest of the document with arabic numbering?
