Re: Index Feature Issue

It shouldn't. I had many sections and page breaks in my book and the Index feature worked very well.

If something is corrupted in your doc, you should have the Redlers take a look at it (https://www.mellel.com/support/).

Re: Facing a new decade

Great "road map" 😌

.docx would be a priority in my case.

For book publication, InDesign appears to have the favors with my collaborators.

Re: Mellel + ePub - your thoughts and requests

I like Mellel on iOs. Very useful companion. I'll probably won't subscribe to a new business model for it.

Re: Mellel + ePub - your thoughts and requests

I'm in the process of publishing a book written with Mellel. Not going to use the epub format immediately, but should I do it would surely be useful. [Edit] The professional working on the visual of my book told me that she likes Mellel. However, the issue is to export to InDesign. So, people still ...

Re: Pages 4.3 not scanning

You should ask on the Bookends support forum (https://www.sonnysoftware.com/phpBB3/in ... 067a114baf). The administrator (Jon) is very responsive : )

Not sure that someone uses Pages 4.3 here ; )

Re: Adding index records: an automated way?

No : ) I'm using index for my book and I haven't seen such feature (I also read the manual and look at video tutorials). Should this possibility exists, she is nicely hidden : )

Re: Nitpick: adding rows to tables

Ah, I see!

I have tried different ways, but I haven't found. I thought that selecting more than one row would do the trick, but no. Maybe something has changed in the latest version.

Re: Nitpick: adding rows to tables

(I have the latest version)

After selecting the table, the "pen symbol" appears (along with the trash). When you click it, you have the option to enter directly the number of rows needed.

For this very technical stuff, I suggest that you contact directly the Redlers (https://www.mellel.com/support/). They answer rapidly for my experience.

I did try indeed, but I wasn't 100% sure it was what Dan was looking for. So my question.
