I have tried different ways, but I haven't found. I thought that selecting more than one row would do the trick, but no. Maybe something has changed in the latest version.

After selecting the table, the "pen symbol" appears (along with the trash). When you click it, you have the option to enter directly the number of rows needed.

For this very technical stuff, I suggest that you contact directly the Redlers (https://www.mellel.com/support/). They answer rapidly for my experience.
