I'm afraid Apple has made changes in iOS 14 that blocks apps from using custom installed fonts if they're not using the modern font access API. A fix is in the making and will be available in Mellel 5.0.5

There is an issue with 5.0.4 and Korean (and perhaps other) input methods. We have a pre-release build of Mellel 5.0.5 that we hope fixes the issue. Please contact our support (https://www.mellel.com/support/) and we'll send you a link.

This is an issue with the latest version. We will release a bug fix soon but you can contact our support to get a link for a pre-release version that should fix the issue.

There was no change in that area in Mellel 4.2.9 (compared to 4.2.7). Are you running on Catalina?
