Can't figure out what is happening!!

Hi there,
I am trying to address emvelopes for an upcoming wedding but it just isn't working.
This is what I did
1. I have all of the addresses on seperate pages centered.
2. I changed the size of the page from A4 to 18.8 X 13.9 which is the size of the envelope on the page setup page.
3. However to print it I don't want the first line (Mr. and Mrs.......) to start on way up top so I also changed the top margin to 6.0 centi.
4. The problem is that it just isn't changing the top margin to start lower.

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHAT I'M DOING WRONG????

Shevach, you made your changes by declaring a custom page size using File/Page Setup right?

You can set printer margins in Page Setup, but to set up regular margins in your document you need to use File/Document Setup
