Can anyone tell me if there is a way via keyboard shortcuts to move from the outline to the main document? And to and from the main document to the footnotes? I know I can get out of the footnotes with the escape, but can I get "into" them with just my keyboard?

The tab key works for me.

I suspect that this is not possible, although it would be handy to be able to jump from a note number in the text to the corresponding note by means of a keyboard shortcut rather than by double-clicking.
