Donald Broadribb, 1933-2012

With great sadness I wish to inform you that Donald Broadribb has passed away on October 13 of this year.
Don was a Mellel user but, much more that, a great donator in spirit and in deeds: Don diligently and devotedly localised Mellel, and created, wrote and updated his wonderful guide for beginners. Don was always enthusiastic about his work - no matter how small the matter at hand (and Mellel was but a side hobby, of course) - an Esperantist through and through it was measured in deeds as he helped Mellel user enjoy an excellent localised version to Esperanto.
Although I did not meet Don face to face, Don's generous spirit and graciousness came through nevertheless. He will be greatly missed by all those who knew him.
